Follow these simple guidelines and we will do our best to post your event in the "Gardening on the Go" section in Carolina Gardener Magazine and on Carolina Gardener Online.

If you have questions, please call us at (800) 245-0142. Hours: 9 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday (except holidays).

  • You may submit Southeast, garden-related events via:

Event information will NOT be taken via phone.
  • Due to the ever-increasing amounts of SPAM and computer viruses, email attachments will NOT be opened, regardless of the sender/source. Event information submitted via email must be included directly in the body of the message.
  • Events will be posted in the issue that corresponds with the date of the event. For example, a garden festival in August would be listed in the July/August issue. This issue reaches subscribers and newsstands in late June.
  • Because we are published bi-monthly, we must receive event information at least 4 months prior to the date of the event to beat our press deadlines.
  • Please provide a brief description (no press releases, please) of the event following the "Gardening on the Go" format as seen in our magazine or online calendar. Remember to include the "Who, What, When and Where" details, or we will omit event from publication.
  • Due to space restrictions, we list just a general location and do not provide the physical address for events, nor fees if applicable, therefore ALL submissions must include a phone number for the public to call for further information.
  • Please note: "Gardening on the Go" events are listed free, as a service to our readers. We cannot guarantee placement of any or all events, due to space limitations; early submission increases the chance of your event being printed, however, if required information is omitted, the event will not be listed.
